•Clothing/ Products

Local Pickup - Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24hrs.

• Please text (754) 465-2383 with first/last name with confirmation # upon arrival.

Shipping - Orders are usually sent out between 3-5 business days for standard and 5-8 business days for economy.

Emails will be sent out when orders are shipped, fulfilled and delivered.

Once order confirmations are sent out and confirmed received, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact local mail carrier(s).

•Training/Sessions/Packages/Classes

Training sessions, packages and classes are intangible purchases and are not shipped.

For Training Sessions/ Packages:

You are to text (754) 465-2383 and notify your coach of your training schedule (including times and days and how many days a week you’ll be training).

Training will be held at

Unless it is virtually training or Mobile Training
