Red Light Therapy and Wood Therapy: Enhancing Your Wellness Journey

Red Light Therapy and Wold Therapy are non-invasive treatments that complement your fitness and wellness routine, making them the perfect addition to your training regimen.

Red Light Therapy - uses low-level wavelengths of light to penetrate the skin, stimulating cellular repair and regeneration. This treatment promotes collagen production, reduces inflammation, and enhances circulation, which can lead to improved recovery times, reduced muscle soreness, and a healthier overall appearance. Red light therapy also supports weight loss by boosting cellular energy and fat metabolism, making it an excellent complement to a fitness-focused lifestyle.

Types:

* Full-body Sauna Detox - Total Body detoxification: Boost metabolism, burn calories, reduce inflammation, relieves back/joint pains, aids in lymphatic drainage/blood circulation and helps breaks down fat deposits - all while providing total body recovery and relaxation.

* Red Light Therapy (Waistline Area Only) - For Weight Loss: Breaks down fat cells and support a slimmer waistline 

* Wood Therapy  - is a natural, hands-on technique that uses specially designed wooden tools to contour the body, improve lymphatic drainage, and reduce the appearance of cellulite. This therapy helps to break down stubborn fat deposits, improve blood circulation, and stimulate muscle recovery. For those engaged in regular training, wood therapy can enhance muscle definition and promote faster recovery after intense workouts, helping you achieve a sculpted, leaner physique.

In addition to our Red Light Therapy and Wood Therapy services, each treatment is complemented with a pre- and/or post-therapy session designed to stimulate lymphatic drainage and enhance blood circulation. 📌Deposits & Balance Requirements

• Always select 30% or 50% Deposit down for Bundle Savings (see above 👆🏽) or to use any loyalty codes on remaining balances paid in Cash / Zelle/ CashApp (reward points cannot be used on balances)

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

• Any Remaining Balance is due in Cash / Zelle / CashApp / if you prefer Tap it will incur additional 5% charges

• Always choose 100% payment type if you want to use any Pay In 4 / Installments, you will not be able to pay installments on remaining balance

• Any Discounts/Savings will be deducted from balance at time of scheduled appointment

• Balance is due before starting services

• If remaining balance is not readily available AT THE TIME OF services, be prepared to be charged an additional $25 + taxes on full initial total
